Adding additional instructions to the booking process

You can add additional instructions to the booking process for your customers to see:

1) Navigate to the Settings > Preferences > Additional Messages tab.

2) Enable desired option(s), add your text instructions and click 'Save'.



3) You can also add your instructions to email notifications. To do that, go to the Settings > Client Notifications tab and customize your email messages.



4) In the email customization tab, add your text instructions and click 'Save'.



5) When your customers book their sessions online, after (and/or before) successful booking, your instructions will be displayed.



6) Customers will receive their booking email notifications with your pre-set instructions.
