Managing gift certificates
We make it easy for you to keep track of all your gift transactions in BookSteam.
1. To manage your gift certificates details/activity, go to Sales > Gift Certificates and select Manage/Search tab. You can also search by entering certificate code number or the custome's name in the search field..png)
2. Click on gift certificate code to manage/edit gift certificates details. Select History tab to see history/activity.
3. To view/edit gift certificate for a specific customer, navigate to the Clients tab, click your customer's profile and select Gift Certificates tab. From there you can edit gift certificate (1) or view activity (2). You can print gift certificate at any time by clicking the print icon (3)..png)
