Creating dollar amount gift certificates
Gift certificates provide a new way to increase sales, attract new customers, and grow your business, especially during the holiday season.
1. Navigate to Sales > Gift Certificates tab.
2. Click Add New Gift Certificate button.

3. Enter gift certificate details.

A) For Type select Amount.
B) Enter Name of the certificate.
C) In the Fixed Amount field enter the price of the gift certificate, for example $100. You can also set a price range for Custom Amount, where customers will be able to buy any dollar amount (as per set range, minimum/maximum).
D) Enter SKU number (optional).
E) Enter description.
F) Select Validity term (expiry date of a gift certificate).
G) Select how many gift certificates are available for sale.
H) Select this option if you'd like to sell gift certificates in-store only. They will not be available for sale in your online store.
I) Enter terms, they will be displayed in the gift certificate.
4. Click Save.
5. Gift certificate that you created will show up in the Sales > Gift Certificates tab.
