Stacy Ming
Stacy embarked on her yoga journey back in 2005 . In the beginning, she was drawn to asana practice for its benefits to physical health. As she got more and more into yoga practice, Stacy was fascinated by its profound underlying wisdom.
She is deeply influenced and greatly inspired by Master Deva Biswas since 2006 . Aspiring to grasp the yogi culture, Stacy went to India 3 times with Master Deva and his dedicated followers . The combination of asana practice, pranayama ,meditation and exchange of yoga experiences with the local yogi practicioners throughout the various workshops not only to strengthen her body, but also has tamed her mind and brought her inner peace . Through time and learning, yoga philosophy has become her way of life .
Back from 2010 to 2016 , Stacy has stopped practising yoga unexpectedly due to job reallocation and family matters . The time when she stepped back on the yoga mat in mid 2017 , she was so blessed to regain the motivation and to receive incredible inspiration by Master Samrat Dusgupta who has tremendous sincere teaching attitude , strict and high standard of requirements for his students . She has retained positive energy and great courage throughout her returning practices and decided to further her yoga learning journeys by taking her second 200-hours & 300-hours Yoga Alliance Accredited Teacher Training Programmes with Master Samrat in 2018 .
After practising yoga for years , Stacy has realised and wanted to share the benefits of yoga practice with other pursuers . She believes that both beginners and experts can enjoy an equally rewarding experience from practising yoga. She likes to start with basic poses, through which students can build up their strength and become to learn and feel deeply with their bodies’ conditions. She hopes that, through yoga, her students can have healthier bodies, quieter minds, clearer insights and more balanced lives.
