Amanda Keel
Diana John
We are excited to have Diana! She has tons of experience with children working in special education classes, after school programs, and even practiced Special education Law! She runs a sensory play business out of her house called My Sensory Celebrations, leading sensory play classes and throwing sensory parties for kids ages 1-8. She also swam on during elementary and middle school!
Laura Creecy
Laura Creecy started year round competitive swim training when she was 12 years old and competed until she hurt her shoulder when she was 18. She has always loved the water and started coaching the 3-6 yr olds on her summer swim team when she was 14. The next year, she started teaching lessons to all age children and adults through her local rec center, a job she held through college graduation. She also co-ran an arts and theater camp during the summers, as well as teaching 4th-8th graders film and animation classes while she was in grad school, along with adjunct teaching undergraduate classes. After a 20 year career in the film industry, she is currently taking a break to raise her young toddler, and excited to get back to teaching swimming. Laura grew up in a neurodivergent family and knows first hand about the efforts and tricks it takes to overcome anxiety around the water and swimming (Ask her about scuba some day!) She is excited to help navigate and support new students to love the water as much as she does.
Harry Lofton
Harry has loved swimming since he joined his north Austin neighborhood swim team as a 7-year-old. In the 20 years since then, Harry has swam competitively for over 10 years, and taught swim lessons for 7 seasons. During the school year, Harry teaches high school English at McNeil High School. Throughout his teaching experience in the classroom and in the water, Harry has enjoyed teaching students with a wide range of backgrounds and needs. His mission as a teacher is to meet all people where they're at, and to help them grow and meet their goals.
