Marya is a people‑centered banking leader with nearly two decades of experience building high‑performing retail teams, elevating client experience, and strengthening controls. Her career spans frontline sales coaching through multi‑branch market leadership, where she blends disciplined execution with coaching and data to turn strategy into measurable results. As an Executive Director, she applies Agile practices to move quickly from ideas to tested solutions, sustain momentum across partners, and keep the focus on outcomes that matter for clients and the business.
She began her banking journey as a Branch Manager trainee with a local New York City regional bank. Early on, she discovered a passion for developing talent and creating simple, repeatable ways of winning with clients. That passion led her to sales enablement, where she designed and delivered training for groups of up to 150 bankers and managers. Marya’s leadership style is hands‑on, transparent, and metrics‑driven. She simplifies complex priorities into daily executable behaviors, translating goals into operating rhythms that teams can sustain: focused calling blocks, role‑played client conversations, disciplined lead ownership, thorough documentation, and timely service recovery. In market leadership roles, she has led large, multi‑branch teams through growth, transformation, and control remediation. She is known for creating clarity—defining the “one thing” that moves results—and for fostering accountability through coaching that pairs recognition with concrete next steps.
