First time on a reformer and it was great. Vera gave clear instructions and the hour flew by! Lots of fun ladies in the class and you could tell everyone was enjoying themselves too.

The Pilates in Port studio is so well equipped and provides a calm and supportive space to practice Pilates. Vera Needham provides such vast knowledge of Pilates training but also overall knowledge of anatomy and she offers suggestions and resources for us to continue our knowledge. It is life changing.

Vera is an awesome intructor. I really enjoyed my first ever pilates class and look forward to the next ones.

The classes are a great size (not too big and Vera is an extremely knowledgeable instructor. She makes classes fun and varies routines to keep her students challenged. At the same time she supports the development of new students and also keeps her more seasoned students engage! Highly recommend!
