Awesome class, loved the environment. Great job of personalizing to each of us in the class. Instructor was very attentive and great at making adjustments as needed Perfect size class for individual attention. Easy to follow the entire time. Challenging workout, but easy to follow all instructions. Such a gem. I loved it and will be going any chance I get.
