My daughter who has disabilities was in heaven trying on dresses and felt like a real princess. She tried on at least 12 dresses, it was quite an effort as she is very small. Kat was so lovely and patient and helped my daughter feel really comfortable. In the end my daughter chose the first dress she tried on! Had the most amazing service from Pam who went out of her way to find the right dress for me.
We tried lots of different option on and finally she found the perfect one. The fitting with the shoes went well and the final fitting just beforehand to make sure everything was perfect. Couldn’t fault a thing and the service was just amazing. Would highly recommend them and love that they are small and boutique and look after you completely from the first appt until the big day.

Pam is lovely and seems very knowledgeable about how best to alter the length of my dress. The reason for giving only 3 stars at this stage is because of the cost of the alterations.I bought a pre-loved dress from somewhere else who recommended Pam and guesstimated the alterations would be $80-$100. Then Pam estimated $100-$150. The final quote is $200! My budget gown is no longer budget,leaving me feeling a little disappointed. I know it was only an estimate but even so... I guess the main thing is that it looks lovely on the day and I trust Pam to do her part beautifully to make it so.by Caroline Benson
