Gentle and So Effective - Better Sleep

Great Results Achieved!
I met with Lori last fall when experiencing concussion symptoms that didn't want to go away, such as sleep issues, brain fog, headaches. After several matrix re-patterning weekly treatments I started sleeping better and feeling much better. Lori's breath work classes also assisted with concentration.
