Suction for both ears
i was impressed by Kirsty Johns overall dedication to her job by carefully putting my mind at rest, informing me of the details of the procedure she was about to perform and then allowing me to see live coverage of what she was actually doing in my ears.
At no time did she cause me any discomfort and I was delighted with the improvement in my hearing once she had removed the wax from both ears, which do not self clean due to extra narrow canals.
I shall certainly return for further appointments when needed in the future.

Although I had booked only an examination, I was able to have it removed without making another appointment. The nurse was very careful, well informed and friendly without being intrusive.
