Kirstie was very professional and welcoming. I went for excess ear wax removal. After examination, ears were found to be clear, however strong indication of infection in left ear. Referred to GP armed with exam pictures provided by Kirstie. Managed to get appointment with GP same day and begin treatment. Was only charged for consultation. I was most impressed by Kirsty's professionalism and thoroughness. She could not have been more helpful, careful and informative. Over the last quarter century, I have had my ears 'seen to' by many different providers of this service and they have all been very good; but I would rate Kirsty 'excellent' and award her my highest score.

The initial free examination showed that there was much wax to be removed and it was in large lumps. Although I had booked only an examination, I was able to have it removed without making another appointment. The nurse was very careful, well informed and friendly without being intrusive. As I left I was given two ear plugs to stop any water getting into the ears when showering and a helpful leaflet stating how I should treat the ears for the next few days.by Janet Jamieson

My first visit to KJ Ear Wax Removal and I was very impressed by how thorough and professional Kirstie was throughout the appointment. After an examination, the options available were carefully explained,both positives but also potential issues. I was able toinput into thediscussion and agreed the course of treatment. Kirstie was careful and explained as we went everything she was doing and how it was progressing. Iam delighted that both my ears are now clear and there was minimal discomfort during the procedure. Kirstie then spent some time explaining possible scenarios andrecommending variouscourses of action to take should there be any reaction.
Having been to several Ear Wax removers over the years, I can honestly say that Kirstie is by far the best I have experienced and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. I will definitely be returning next time I need my ears sorting out.

A fantastic result! I can now hear again and I don't feel as if I am on a different planet., I had not realised how badly blocked my left ear was until I visited KJ last week.
It was so easy to book an appointment on line; no problem either with parking. Kirsty was extremely thorough with her examination, treatment and advice. It was amazing - I am so glad that I was seen so quickly too. Brilliant job!
