Great workout, no judgement, wonderful people
I loved taking Amy's class when I was pregnant. She set up a really low-stress/ non-judgemental environment where you get a great workout and barely notice ( because you're having lots of fun and interacting with other moms!). I really love how un-pretentious the vibe is and at the same time, how safe I felt knowing that Amy, with all her experience, was leading the class! Looking forward to returning soon!by Aileen N

Amy is the BEST
I am in the best shape of my adult life thanks to Amy. She is such an amazing teacher who really listens to what your goals are and then helps you get there. Best trainer ever!
I am not a fitness-oriented person, but Amy has kept me on a biweekly workout routine for the past two years, and it has made a huge difference in my daily health and wellbeing. I used to be plagued by lower back and hip issues. At least every few months I would have a flareup that was painful and would leave me incapacitated - but no more since I started working with Amy.
She is fantastic at listening to her clients to understand their goals and make sure they're making progress week by week while minimizing the risk of injury. Would highly recommend to anyone at any fitness level.
