A charming bridal shop with a beautiful selection of dresses and first class service. I had an appointment here on Saturday and found my perfect wedding dress. I had a lovely personal shopping experience with plenty of time to try on many dresses without feeling rushed. We were made to feel very welcome with my 5 month old baby and young niece. Thank you! I must start by saying I didn’t actually buy my wedding dress from this shop. However, this was my first ever experience in a bridal shop and it was magical. The ladies were so helpful, nothing was too much or too little to ask. They had a beautiful range of dresses to try all sorts of different styles and designs. We were thoroughly impressed by the boutique. Jo and Kay are incredibly knowledgeable and keen to work within your budget. They have an in-house seamstress which means you can speak to a seamstress at your appointment (a service many boutiques don't provide). This also means that all alterations can be done in house. We made an appointment beforehand and we’re shown several dresses. She listened to the bride and what she wanted and pulled loads of dresses that she tried on. Came away with a dress in mind and an experience the bride hasn’t had yet in trying dresses on at other bridal places. Definitely would recommend.

I recently visited Joanne Kay bridal and I would recommend every bride to be to visit here. My appointment was with Joanne and she was just the right person I needed to see to start my wedding dress journey, you can tell Joanne has so much passion for her job and excellent knowledge for the dresses they stock. I am a reluctant bride ( not a reluctant wife to be), however they have been so supportive of me trying dresses, ordering dresses in and patient until I found my dream dress. The best experience in general when visiting this shop. I had no idea what I wanted so took the time to have a good look without feeling pushed. Very relaxed due to the booking slots so no one else to worry about within the shop. Bought the first dress I tried on with a veil and had my alterations done in store too. I have visited many shops and travelled really far but there was no experience better than Joanne Kay bridal. I was anxious because I chose my dress almost 2 years prior (thanks Covid) but the minute I walked in the boutique those nerves were alleviated.

Wow, where do I start. From booking my bridal dress appointment to entering the store I’ve received 5 star service from these ladies. Having never shopped for bridal before I had found a dress I liked from Stella York which wasn’t in stock in store but to my amazement these ladies sought me a sample which was shipped from Australia in time for my appointment. My appointment was so personal and relaxing. Fantastic experience and highly recommended and I left having Said Yes to the Dress having found my dream dress. We even had some bubbles to celebrate. I came to Joanne kay for the sample sale but found my amazing dress upstairs in their boutique. The whole experience was amazing and nothing was too much trouble.
