Amazing! Joanne came to my home and removed a lot of wax from my left ear, using irrigation as it was abit stubborn but we got it all out and I can hear clearly again! Very easy plain sailing from booking online to paying by card machine in home! Highly highly recommend! Thank you

Joanna has such a lovely nature that you instantly feel relaxed. Your physical health conditions and history are discussed and the best way to remove ear wax agreed upon. It was done efficiently and painlessly. A follow up message was sent to enquire if all was well and if there was a noticeable improvement in hearing. It was a pleasure to meet Joanna and I have no hesitation in recommending her and her services.

Superb! Had both ears cleaned, (some microsuction and some irrigation) and Joanne persisted until the eardrum was visible! Hearing is best I’ve had in 5 years despite microsuction by someone else 2 years ago. Nice that Joanne does both methods. Painless, prompt and perfect. Will certainly be using Joanne again and will recommend to others.

I can hear clearly now the wax is gone (with apologies to Johnny Nash and his song lyric ‘I can see clearly now the rain is gone’). Joanne arrived on time and immediately set any fears I had about inviting a stranger into my house to rest. She was friendly, efficient and professional, just needing electricity, a table and a chair. Within minutes she had assessed my ears using a camera and then cleared each one of wax using Microsuction. Quick and painless, and worth every penny! Thank you!
