Important Notice for Interstate/Overseas Licence Holders:
As of 12th November 2025, Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) has updated the eligibility rules for QLD motorcycle licence testing. If you hold an Interstate/Overseas Licence, you MUST obtain an Eligibility Letter from TMR prior to booking.

1. Before You Book
Please ensure you meet the Eligibility Requirements, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. You can check your Eligibility HERE.

  Email us, we may be able to add an additional course.

• RideSmart provides at no charge:
  - motorcycle
  - helmet
  - gloves
  - jacket
  - wet weather jacket/pants
  
  You're more than welcome to bring your own helmet, jacket and gloves. Many students feel more comfortable in their personal gear, and you're encouraged to use it if you prefer.

• Manual motorcycles provided as standard, prefer an automatic scooter?
  Email info@ridesmart.com.au before booking to confirm availability.
  - Mitchelton/Brookside: 2 scooters + 1 automatic motorcycle
  - Slacks Creek: 1 automatic motorcycle

2. Payment Policy
All bookings require full payment at the time of booking.
If an invoice is issued, the balance must be paid within 24 hours or the booking may be released.

3. Reschedule & Cancellation Policy
Our rescheduling and cancellation policy applies to all bookings.
These include timeframes for free changes, applicable fees, and conditions for no-shows or late arrivals.
