If you are a New Patient or a Re-examination Patient (haven't visited the practice in over a year) please complete the form on our website to request an appointment with Jamie. 

• If you have visited the Practice during the last year then you can book a 'Non-Member Osteopathic' appointment.

• Members please book your 'Member monthly appointment' or 'Member additional visit'.

• Please only book appointments for yourself, under your own name. This helps us get your notes ready and prepare for your visit. Each individual needs their own account and email unless you are booking on behalf of a child.

If you are a regular patient you can apply to become a member and receive more care for less. Please apply via our website for more details.
