Can I change my Booksteam plan?
Yes, navigate to Account tab and on the left hand side click ‘My Account Plan’. Under ‘Available Account Options’ select new desired plan and click ‘Update Plan’. Please note, when downgrading to lower plan you will need to remove staff members and/or locations to match lower plan features. For example, if you have Medium Business plan with 5 Staff Members and 5 Locations, in order to downgrade to Small Plan, you will need to remove 4 Staff Members and 4 Locations.
