How do I cancel an existing appointment or class?

1. Select an existing appointment or class.

2. In the appointment or class window click the ‘Cancel Appointment’ or ‘Cancel Class’ button. If you created a recurring appointment or class, a window will appear asking if you want to cancel only this occurrence or all future occurrences in this series. You will also have an option of notifying a client via email or/and staff member via email and SMS.
