Distant Healing is a remote service provided by Ruth @ Natural Living Therapies.

If this is your first time booking, you will receive information and guidance on what to expect before, during and after the session.

 I will guide you with some tips and information so you can get the most out of your session. It is a distant healing session, and the distant does not matter. The session can be either done with or without a video call you decide.

You will receive a text from me shortly before the session to give you enough time to find somewhere quiet and comfortable to relax whilst receiving the Reiki Healing.
