It’s been a long time siince I’ve been with a tech who truly cares about their work and you can tell her heart is in her job. Glad I found me a new nail tech that can slay my nails. I went here because I couldn’t find anyone to do my pedicure and I wanted to support a black business. I use to come all the time but stopped for a while. They were so polite and professional. I love my nails and I really enjoyed my pedicure she took her time and that's really important I hate rushed pedicures. She really got the dead skin off and the maintenance of my toes I never got her name but I really want her to do my pedicure again I love how she took care of my feet I forgot to tip her I wish I had her info to tip her she's amazing. The pedicure was lovely and very thorough. My only dislike is that i left three hours later when my pedicure was only supposed to be 90mins . And also being on her phone so much while doing my pedicure, would stop to answer a text. That was extremely unprofessional but other then that she was a very lovely girl and did an amazing job. Yesterday was my first time at Polished Beauty. I was referred by a friend. Since my services, I've referred you all to several people I know. It was so nice to come into a black owned shop close to my home that offered extremely professional services. The shop is very nice and clean. The atmosphere is very nice.
